The client was looking for a functional high-end rental home. Using multi-textures throughout, the color warmth of the forest for the walls and trim color, comfortable furnishings, elk and bear sculpture lamps, elk painted side chest, golf club table and a glass-topped canoe cocktail table complete with paddles made this home cozy and reflective of the club and mountain environment location.
A John Richard leaf-gold and black container rests atop a Century Dining Table to one side. The florals in the container can be changed for the seasons. It is accompanied by a group of sparkling tall candlesticks and shorter votives. Crystals are scattered among the grouping.
The clients wanted to close off an entrance to a study which created a small wall in the hall. The small console table and florals gave drama to an ordinary space.

Using the client’s existing furnishings, the loft was rearranged and new area rugs, pillows, plants, and accessories were added to enhance the livability and add sophistication. Brick walls, granite countertops and concrete floor are balanced with color, texture, and simplistic design additions.
